Plants take in nutrients from the soil through water, but the nutrients have to be able to be dissolved in the water so that they can be pulled up by the plant roots. There is a considerable amount of plant nutrients that is wrapped up in organic matter and rock minerals. These aren’t soluble so plants cannot use them. Over time the soluble nutrients in the soil are used up and plants have to figure out how to retrieve the nutrients from the organic matter in the minerals.

Reducing The Salinity in Soil – MicrobeBio is a biological soil conditioner that is used to reduce the effects of soil salinity, which is how much salt content is in the soil. It achieves this through the use of bacteria.

So how do you get these nutrients? Acidic soil can sometimes break these nutrients down naturally, but most of the time the bacteria and fungus in the soil have to break the nutrients free for the plant to use. With MicrobeBio we introduce billions of beneficial microbes that help break down these nutrients. One way they do this is through reducing the salinity of soil. The microbes break down the organic matter in soil into organic acids which combines with other matter in the soil such as salt which allows plants to take in more nutrients while also taking in less salt. When you use synthetic or chemical fertilizers and pesticides it kills off all the beneficial organisms in the soil including the ones that can release the nutrients that aren’t soluble. This is why you have to continually apply chemical fertilizer to feed your plants. The goal of MicrobeBio is to help stimulate the living organisms in the soil with our microbes so that they release those nutrients and make the soil its own fertilizer. One problem with this is that one kind of bacteria doesn’t necessarily release one kind of nutrient from one specific source. There are millions of different bacteria and protozoa and they all have different jobs in releasing nutrients for plants. For example you need a plumber to fix pipes or a carpenter to fix any roofing problems and it’s the same thing with biology. Luckily the system is designed to do this so that plants take up water and nutrients in the roots and also send sugars called root exudates down into the soil to feed the bacteria and fungus. An example of this could be let’s say a plant needs some zinc or carbon, the plant will send certain sugars though its roots to feed a certain type of bacteria that’s able to release zinc or carbon so the plant takes up the zinc or carbon and can continue to grow without being stressed. The plant feeds the specific material releasing bacteria, the bacteria mineralizes the material and the plant takes it up. MicrobeBio helps speed this process up as the billions of beneficial microbes break down nutrition which makes the system more efficient.

Why does this make food better? Plants receive nutrients through their roots and are photosynthesizing to create new compounds to keep themselves growing and healthy. Plants create carbohydrates, fats, proteins and many other useful compounds just like humans. Bionematicides X1: is an all-natural bionematicide that contains a biotype of Purpureocillium lilacinum, selected for its capacity to control plant pathogenic nematodes, such as: Meloidogyne, Radopholus, Pratylenchus, Tylenchus, Ditylenchus, Helicotylenchus and Rotylenchus. This biotype parasitizes all reproductive stages of nematodes, especially eggs and females, causing deformations, destruction of ovaries and reducing egg fertility. Bionematicides X1 reduces nematode populations significantly protecting the root system. This protection allows the roots to grow freely and promotes the development of a healthy root system. Bionematicides X1 also encourages the reproduction of beneficial microorganisms that help restore phosphorous and nitrogen which allows roots to absorb more nutrients and create healthier plants. Bionematicides X1 contains an unequaled concentration of spores per pound of product (4 x 10^9 spores per gram) with greater than 90% viability. Bionematicides X1 does not require additional coadjuvants and its formulation protects the active ingredient from adverse conditions such as pH 2-13 and hard waters of <150 ppm, and can be stored up to a temperature of 68°F (20°C) with a one year shelf life stability.

BioRational X2: is an insecticide with a unique mode of action where spores infect directly through the insect’s cuticle. Spores adhere to the host which germinate and produce enzymes that attack and dissolve the cuticle, allowing the spores to penetrate the skin and grow into the insect’s body. BioRational X2 is cost effective as it controls the early stages of insects, preventing population flare-ups and the cost of rescue treatment. This prevents additional treatments and ensures the infestation dies out. These factors make BioRational X2 just as efficient if not more efficient then chemical insecticides without all the negative side effects. BioRational X2 controls a wide variety of soft-bodied insects in greenhouse, field and nursery crops such as whiteflies, thrips, aphids, psyllids, mealybugs, scarab beetles, plant bugs and weevils.

Biofungicides X4: prevents and controls the colonization of harmful plant pathogens and produces its beneficial effects in several ways: Removal of pathogen binding sites by covering root surfaces; Growth Promoter/Enhancer by allowing beneficial nitrogen and phosphorous fixing bacteria to reproduce freely and by decomposing organic matter, more nutrients are absorbed by the increased plant’s root system; Production of inhibitory organic acids, enzymes and other compounds that inhibit growth of harmful fungi; and by infecting and killing the pathogenic fungi. Biofungicides X5: is the latest generation of biofungicidal products developed by MicrobeBio® and cannot be compared with other Bacillus subtilis based biofungicides in the market. The hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) and the ionic charges of the EC formulation, allows the active ingredient to reach its site of action, adhering to the leaf surface and plant structures which is then able to penetrate the foliar mesophyll and as a result a localized systemic action takes place. For this reason, Biofungicides X5 has greater efficacy than other similar products. Formulation allows the product to be stored at temperatures up to 30ºC (86ºF) and no special conditions for application are required. BioRational X6: is a formulation developed by MicrobeBio®. The product is based on the Beauveria bassiana GHA strain and Refined Pyrethrum Extract, formulated together in an emulsifiable dispersible oil (OD) for the latest generation of biorationals for insect pest control. Lab and field test have shown that the interaction between the GHA strain and natural botanical pyrethrins is synergistic, with multiple modes of action and pest control results comparable to those obtained using chemical alternatives. This makes BioRational X6 a new tool for controlling mites, whiteflies, aphids, thrips, psyllids, mealybugs, soft scales, leafhoppers and plant hoppers, weevils, plant bugs, borers, leaf feeding insects, scarab and leaf-feeding beetles, on all types of crops, including organic farming. BioRational X6 can also be used to treat ticks, mites and fleas on cattle, chickens, pigs. The Pyrethrum in BioRational X6 is a natural insecticide and poses little hazard to humans or animals through normal exposure. BioRational X6 also has the lowest concentration of Pyrethrum content which adds to the safety of exposure.
